Update Your Participation Form! – Scan our QR code with your phone when you arrive to update your information! By completing this, you are eligible to register for After School Club and the Apple Picking Trip! Limited spaces are available, so it is first come first served for both.

After School Club – Registration forms can be completed when you arrive, or it can be taken home to complete. Ages 5 to 12. Registration forms left in our mailbox will not be accepted. Please submit forms directly to staff.

Apple Picking Trip! – Family apple picking trip to Noggins on Saturday, October 3rd! Transportation and 1 bag for apples are provided to each child in your family. Registration forms can be completed when you arrive, or it can be taken home to complete. Registration forms left in our mailbox will not be accepted. Please submit forms directly to MPCLC staff. $5 required per family. Families will not be registered until $5 has been paid. Cash and e-transfer accepted. E-transfer: director@mulgraveparkclc.com. Please bring $5 with you when registering!
