After School Registration

Registration forms will be available from 2pm to 6pm on August 28th. They can be completed when you arrive, or it can be taken home to complete. Limited spaces are available, and it is first come first served. Registration forms left in our mailbox will not be accepted. Please submit forms directly to MPCLC staff.
