Handle with Care is an evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive program for parents and caregivers to promote their children’s social and emotional well-being. This program has proven to be successful in engaging urban, remote, and Northern communities across Canada. The facilitator training workshop will provide trainees an opportunity to learn and discuss how to integrate this program into mental health practices in their agencies and communities.
